This MS Word version of the organizer can be downloaded and filled in electronically or printed out. You can transfer the information from this organizer to an electronic calendar of your choice so that you remain aware of class times, appointments and important dates.

  • Meets: List classes horizontally in the row titled "Classes." Each class will have its own column for meets with various contact persons.
  • Important dates: Under the column for each class fill in anything with an important date – assignments, tests, quizzes, message board post deadlines, midterms or finals. There is also a space to consider when to start working on each assignment or when to start studying for tests and exams.
